Hans Fogleman, Executive Chef
Born and raised in the Washington, DC metro area, Fogleman has maintained his roots and pursued his culinary interests locally. He attended the Baltimore International Culinary College, graduating in 1997. Since then Fogleman has pursued various culinary experiences, honing his skills and passion for all things pastry, focusing on desserts. In 2011, he joined Bayou Bakery in Arlington, VA. Then in 2014, he accepted a position with the team at BLT Steak in Washington, DC. He next moved to Alexandria, Virginia to join the opening team at Magnolia’s on King in March 2015. Here he leads the culinary team, as well as developing the dessert menu showcasing homemade pastries and sweets to honor Virginia’s Southern hospitality.
Having spent a lifetime in various business settings and entrepreneurial roles, Steve brings leadership, business acumen and vision to Magnolia’s on King. Of the many places Steve has traveled throughout the world, he treasures the warm hospitality and delicious food found in the South.
